"Ise-Mikawa Bioregions Network","Tokai-Chubu ESD Citizen Promotion Forum" and "2008 Japan G8 Summit NGO Forum Environment Unit"held a symposium,""Let's start CBD/COP10"".

"Center for Community-based Development Initiatives(CDIC)" held a seminar "What is CBD/COP10?"

Afetr that seminer finished,some attendant had a meeting with Mr.DOHKE,Ms.SOGABE,and discussed necessity of some citizens' group for CBD/COP10."

Dec 10th,
Some member of CDIC,Ise-Mikawa Bioregions Network,Ecostock,etc. gathered and had a 1st time meeting,so formed "CBD/COP10 NGO Forum Operation Committee".

Feb 20th,2008,
"Tokai-Chubu ESD Citizen Promotion Forum" joined.

Mar 16th,
CBD/COP10 NGO Forum Operation Committee and IUCN-J held a symposium:"CBD/COP10 NGO Forum".
